We only ship to Italy and France through reliable couriers. Additionally, we offer the option to purchase from the Principality of Monaco with home delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Italy: €12.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- France: €18.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- Principality of Monaco: €8.00 (free delivery for orders over €100.00)
Shipping costs are listed excluding taxes.
Delivery Times
- Italy: 4-5 business days
- France: 4-5 business days
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

We only accept the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer in Advance (details will be provided at the time of order)

Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return a product within 7 days of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with current regulations.
Return Conditions
The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or there was an error in shipping).
Return Procedure
- Send a return request to info@moabymanuelananni.com with the order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund within 10 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
